The QwickBuild Aluminium Sub-Frame is the only system that provides a low height, level and stable solution for supporting decking, tiles, turf or a combination. Designed as a low risk, floating deck system for installations over waterproof membranes. QwickBuild is also ideal as a sub-frame over concrete, pavers or natural ground.
Slash installation times whilst offering superior dimensional stability with our QwickBuild Aluminium Sub-frame. Eliminate the need for nails and screws for fastening the boards to the frame, combine with exterior tiles and/or artificial turf, and install over a variety of surfaces.
The Qwickbuild sub-frames can be designed to work exclusively with the Elite Balustrade System designed and manufactured by ourselves. If you do not have a structural fix for a glazed balustrade such as on a membrane roof speak to our experts who will discuss your project requirements in more detail. As a structural substructure the QwickBuild system can be designed with deeper and stronger profiles that can take our specially design balustrade fixings.
The award-winning QwickBuild system is ideal for all decking applications from extremely low height to multi-level deck structures, setting a new standard for structures in the building and construction industry.
The system can be used as a sub-frame for traditional timber hardwoods but has been specifically designed as a fully integrated system with Composite Decking boards with Resortdeck being one of the recommended boards to use. Manufactured from Marine Grade aluminium, QwickBuild offers superior corrosion resistance, durability, and stability compared to traditional timber deck frames.
QwickBuild also spans up to five metres without support which reduces the number of jacks required and therefore saves costs on installation. It is the first system to enable straight forward deck construction over membrane making it an ideal solution for rooftop terrace projects. QwickBuild also enables added ventilation and easy inspection of the structure and membrane if required.
