Premium durability combined with the most natural looking finish of any composite decking board, ResortDeck offers superior performance and style. ResortDeck fully encapsulated composite decking boards have the appearance of a freshly oiled timber deck once installed but with the benefits of low maintenance. We believe ResortDeck is the most natural looking composite and with up to 6 Matte Colours available and subtle tone variations within the finish makes every board unique.
The boards come in 2.8m lengths that aid with keeping wastage down to a minimum allowing for innovate layout patterns. The boards are 138mm wide and 23mm in thickness and come in a round hollow profile, a design that adds strength and performance to each board.
ResortDeck Boards are a co-extruded polymer that surrounds each board to make it impervious to moisture. Boards are manufactured from 95% recycled material: 35–40% high density polyethylene and 60–65% hardwood fibre.
ResortDeck is one of the most technically advanced composite decking boards available, bringing the superior quality and finish of internal flooring to exterior spaces. Made from carefully selected recycled wood fibres and polymers encased in a protective UV resistant layer, ResortDeck does not fade, rot, crack, or splinter. Now matt finished for an even more realistic texture, with increased anti-static and improved slip resistance. Available in three natural colours that complement all styles of architecture from modern to classic.
Resortdeck is manufactured using an advanced production solution, that caps each board with a impervious co-extruded layer. This helps to give the boards their unique wood texture, rich UV stable colours and makes the boards one of the best performance boards in terms of low water absorption, slip resistance and low maintenance.
The body of the boards are also made from a carefully selected mix of recycled hardwoods and high density recycled polymers. This gives the boards the best qualities of hardwoods, while making them last for years without any worry of maintenance, warping or splitting.
The boards have round hollow profiles that aid with giving the boards additional strength, reducing expansion and contraction of the boards during temperature changes, which can lead to damaging an installed deck.
Also the screw free board installation process gives the deck a quality look when installed. This also helps in managing the boards small amount expansion and contraction without the worry that the boards will crack or fail around the screws.
We have an expert in-house design and project management team who deal with each project individually, creating a bespoke solution to meet exact requirements. We offer CAD visualisations prior to commencing manufacturing and follow a rigorous quality control system to ensure the highest possible standards are achieved right up to point of delivery. Working closely with both architects and home owners, we carry out site visits when required to provide our expert advice on the best system for the job. We take the time to understand the construction of the project and how best to install our systems safely.
The carefully designed profiles allow the board to be hard wearing, strong and have lower expansion and contraction properties. Many other wood composite products on the market will either come with solid profiles or square hollow profiles, both of these designs have inherent issues.
Solid boards will have greater expansion than the Resortdeck boards. Resortdeck has a round hollow profile, that reduces the expansion and contraction of the board in varying temperatures. This reduced boards warping and splitting once installed. The round hollow profiles also add additional strength to the boards.
Square hollow boards on the market tend to be weaker and worse performing boards. The square hollow profile means that the board wall thickness is thinner and susceptible to failing through cracking and splitting. These boards reduce the amount of material used (making them cheaper) but also reduced their strength and lifespan.
RESORTDECK can be installed onto a traditional timber sub-frame or, for installations that are over waterproof membrane / concrete pads / low height QWICKBUILD sub-frame is the best solution.
QwickBuild is a lightweight structural framing system to support decking, exterior tiles, and artificial turf. The aluminium frame offers 100% moisture resistance for a straight, level, and stable outdoor surface designed to last.

Customer Service And Assistance Received Were Excellent
“As a decking company we specialise in decking for holiday homes/lodges. This example was the first time we used a glass balustrade system. From the first point of contact with David the customer service and assistance received was excellent. From the planning stages right through to delivery everything ran smoothly. Our customer, like us was very impressed with the quality and the finish of the product and we have had lots of positive feedback from onlookers. I would certainly use this product again and hope to get the opportunity to do so in the near future.George Houghton (GH Decking)
