Design and Ordering Process

How to order your glass balustrade or composite decking

We have a very simple ordering process where you can secure your glass balustrade, composite decking, or complete solution project with us with peace of mind, and a fully dedicated project management and customer service team at hand to always update you on the progress of your order

Design Process

We have an expert in-house design team ready to assist with your project.

Our revolutionary decking construction method has made the design process very easy, avoiding some of the common mistakes when planning for a deck area. With some careful thought and consideration about how your deck frame and decking boards are constructed, it is possible to create a stunning result in a fraction of the time it would take if using traditional timber materials.

Whether you are a homeowner on a DIY mission, an architect with detailed design plans or a builder working on a house renovation, we have vast technical resources to suit each clientele, providing you with all the information you require in an easy to understand format. Once we receive the information of the construction, dimensions required and any images or plans available, we can create you very own bespoke grand design.

Ordering Process

Our systems go through strict manufacturing quality checks before delivery

When you are happy with the design proposal created for you it is very easy to move things forward.

A 10% deposit deposit will secure your project with us and start the drawings process. Our design team will create a comprehensive CAD visualisation of your system with all the important dimensions information which will be emailed over to you for approval. This allows you to know exactly what is going to be manufactured for your project and visualise your space before it is installed.

It is possible to receive a visual before confirming your order: we would just require a £250 payment which will then be taken off your final balance when confirming your order. Some customers find this very useful in making sure they are choosing their preferred system before securing the work.

Once we receive your approval of the drawings we will request 50% of the remaining balance to start the manufacturing, with the final balance due before delivery of goods. If you are also making use of our expert installation team, the installation cost will be due once the work is completed.

Delivery Process

QwickBuild, ResortDeck, and EcoDecking

Once the order is manufactured, you will be provided with a date for delivery.  The goods are extensively packed and secured to 4.8m long timber pallets that enable a safe and swift kerbside delivery.  Full fitting instructions are provided for your decking and QwickBuild kits, however further advice can be obtained on our website or via our technical support team.

Glass Balustrades

From approval of drawings and receipt of payment, we aim to dispatch goods within three weeks.  The glass panels are carefully packed using an A-framed timber pallet stillage for maximum protection against damage. As above, these are designed to facilitate a simple and efficient delivery process on site.  Depending on your chosen glass balustrade design, two deliveries may be required for the same system, however these are always on the same day.
